About Me
I have loved baking since the age of 10. I have made cakes for family and friends for many years. I have now started my own cakery. I have designed my cakery with my clients in mind. I like to be challenged with new ideas and new ways to create desserts they enjoy.
I have had the great fortune of working on some truly creative cakes inspired by my clients. I believe in the power of hard work and creativity to make cake dreams come true. I love seeing my clients face or the tears for pure joy, when they see their thoughts or vision come to life in cake. It is a wonderful feeling to see them happy and delighted with the custom tailored cake they envisioned.
I am a self confessed perfectionist and strive to achieve the very best results to my valued clients. I continue to learn and practice the art of cakery and baking because it's my passion.
